Interfaith Hospitality Network

I wish to thank all of our parishioners who went out of their way to make Christmas week such a good experience for the IHN Guests who were with us during the week of December 20-27. We had 3 women with us during the week, each of them with one child. The 3 children were all boys, ages 3 months, 6 years and 9 years old.

Our parishioners provided for set-up and take down requirements; delicious and healthy meals each night; a visit from Santa Claus; Christmas decorations, gifts and edible goodies; gift-cards and money for necessary purchases; and physical presence in hosting during evenings and overnight. At this time of the year, the sacrifice of your time for any of these needs was even more appreciated.

Thank you all for this generous response to the needs of these families.

St. Francis-St. Joseph Home for Boys

Many thanks for the generous contributions to the Boys of the Home during the Christmas season. The boys had a wonderful time - received gifts through your generosity and some were able to spend a day or two with their families. Again, thank you. May you have many blessings during this new year.

IHM Family Literacy Center

I am writing to express tremendous gratitude for your kindness to the IHM Literacy Center at Christmas time. Your gift cards, as well as your thoughtfulness in sending them, make such a happy difference to the folks enrolled in our program. I know that God will bless you for your goodness to us. You can count on a remembrance in our prayer each day at the Center as well as all the Immaculate Heart Sisters as we pray for all of our benefactors daily.
